We make every effort to ensure accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing. Minor packaging or visual variations may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are subject to availability and payment authorization.
We reserve the right to cancel suspected fraudulent or bulk misuse orders.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed in the original mode of payment.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics or force majeure events. Paperbae is not liable for delays beyond reasonable control.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene standards, opened or used tissue packs are not eligible for return unless defective.

Returns are accepted only for:

Damaged products
Manufacturing defects
Incorrect items delivered

Claims must be raised within 3 days of delivery with photo proof. Refunds/replacements are processed after verification.

6. Product Usage Disclaimer

Paperbae tissues are intended for general hygiene and cleaning purposes only.
They are not medical-grade products and should not be used for surgical or clinical applications unless explicitly stated.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paperbae’s liability shall not exceed the purchase value of the product. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use.
