This policy applies to all purchases of Paperbae tissues made through our online store and authorized retail channels.
2. Eligibility for Return
Due to the nature of tissue products (hygiene essentials), returns are accepted only in the following cases:
✔ The product is delivered damaged
✔ The product is defective or not usable
✔ The product received is different from what was ordered
Products not eligible for return:
❌ Opened or used packs
❌ Hygiene products without manufacturing defects
❌ Change of mind after delivery
3. Timeframe for Return / Refund Request
To be eligible for a return/refund review, you must contact us within:

If approved, we will schedule a pickup of the unused packs or ask for the defective item to be submitted.

Return shipping charges may be borne by the company if the fault is ours (misdelivery, defect, damage).

If return is due to customer preference or non-product reasons, the cost of shipping may be deducted from the refund.
6. Refund Process
After your return is received and inspected:
